Terms and Conditions

1. Storage: You may store goods only in your allocated unit once all fees are paid. You confirm legal ownership of the goods. We accept no responsibility for the condition, loss, or damage of stored items.

2. Costs: Fees are payable in advance. You are responsible for all storage fees, taxes, cleaning/repair costs, and late fees.

3. Late Payment and Default: If payment is 4 days overdue, access may be denied. We reserve the right to dispose of or sell goods to recover outstanding debts after reasonable notice.

4. Access: Access is strictly during posted hours. Remaining on-site after the gates deactivate will incur a call-out fee. We reserve the right to enter units for inspections or emergencies.

5. Conditions of Use: You must keep the unit clean. Storage of perishable, flammable, hazardous, or illegal items is strictly prohibited.

6. Risk and Responsibility: Goods are stored at your own risk. We do not provide insurance; you must maintain your own coverage for the full replacement value of your items.

7. Personal Information: Data may be shared with insurers or legal authorities as necessary.

8. Notice: One month’s written notice is required to terminate the agreement.

9. Termination: We may terminate immediately for illegal activity or breaches of site rules. Units must be left clean and empty upon departure.

10. General: We may amend terms with 28 days’ notice. This represents the entire agreement.

11. Condensation and Damp: To minimize moisture, please ensure items are dry and use plastic sheeting where appropriate. We are not liable for damage caused by condensation.
